Wilton Alarm Services can offer communications add-on to your alarm system via an autodialer or through a manned monitoring service via our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) providing 24 hour, 365 days a year monitoring.
We provide emergency cover for all maintained systems and in an emergency we will respond within four hours of the initial call, but the monitored service gives you a piece of mind all year round and outside work hours. We can offer various types of remote signalling communications including digital communicators, DualCom GPRS and RedCare.
We monitor the alarm systems of all business premises registered to this service, and let business owners or designated persons know if anything happens outside of working hours.
We log and alert on situations such as, attempted burglary or un-authorised entry, power failure, and can even tell you when your premises are opened and closed. Our monitoring platform collects data from your alarm system, giving you real-time information, such as whether or not the alarm is set, and the time and date of any activation.
There is a simple addition to our security systems that means that you and your friends, colleagues, relatives, neighbours or your friends are immediately notified onec ethe alarm is activated – whereever you are. The autodialer system, which can be added to your system at any time and has the ability to contact up to four telephone numbers notifying the situation via a prerecorded message. The system has non volatile memory so all information stays in tact in the event of a power loss.
